I'm a strict vegan and take the double capsule to enhance my health. I truly feel more vibrant and healthy as a result of taking it. Two capsules a day prior to breakfast starts my day off right!

I had a kidney infection which was confirmed by a laboratory culture. My doctor who is an M.D. but also used complex homeopathy, prescribed an anti-biotic to heal the kidney infection. I told him I would rather not take an anti-biotic if there was any other treatment. He recommended that I take the preB liquid, 2 tablespoons twice daily. I took three bottles and that was approximately 1 year ago. I never did fill and take the prescription for the anti-biotic. Now, I take the preB tablets daily, five (5) in the morning and five (5) in the evening as a food supplement for daily health.
I highly recommend preB Health [which is made with] over 50 whole foods.
